VSCO, a photography mobile app, laid off 45 employees (30%) yesterday. The CEO says the cuts were needed to “shift towards running a self-sustaining business.” VSCO is providing a minimum of 7 weeks of severance pay and 2 months of health coverage, as well as assisting with job placement resources.
