Groupon, a marketplace for discounts from local businesses, announced Tuesday it was cutting 44% of its team (2,800 employees). See below link 👇for a partial list of 160+ employees laid off, 1/4 of which are engineers. Groupon has seen a “material deterioration” in its business due to the closure of local businesses it works with.
